Roleworthy Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: May 31, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how paid Roleworthy subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Paid plan

Roleworthy Pro is a monthly subscription. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Pro renews monthly until canceled.

Premium is Coming Soon and is not purchasable unless Roleworthy makes it available later.

2. Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. You authorize Roleworthy and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.

The current launch price for Pro is $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes, unless another price is shown at checkout.

Roleworthy does not offer an annual plan at launch.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal or another cancellation method we make available.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation or required by law, you will keep Pro access through the end of the current paid billing period.

For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 30th and you cancel on the 10th, your Pro access normally continues until the 30th.

4. Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where Roleworthy chooses, in its sole discretion, to make an exception.

This means we generally do not provide refunds or credits for:

• partial billing periods;
• unused time;
• forgetting to cancel;
• not using the service;
• dissatisfaction with job-search outcomes;
• not receiving interviews or job offers;
• duplicate accounts created by the same user;
• changes in your job-search needs.

5. Failed payments and grace period

If a payment fails, Roleworthy may keep Pro access active for a short grace period while payment is retried or updated. If payment is not recovered, your account may be downgraded to Free.

6. Downgrades

When a paid subscription ends, your account may be downgraded to Free. Some Pro features may become unavailable. Your saved workspace may remain available subject to Free plan limits and product rules.

7. Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by our payment processor.

8. No job outcome guarantee

Roleworthy is a job-search software tool. Paying for Pro does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation, hiring results, or application success.

9. Exceptions

Roleworthy may issue a refund, credit, or other accommodation at its sole discretion. Making an exception once does not require Roleworthy to make the same or similar exception again.
